Hannah Slezak, PA-C

Hannah Slezak, PA-C has worked in healthcare for more than a decade and has been on staff at HOAA Gadsden Cancer Clinic as a physician assistant since March 2023. Before her time at Gadsden Cancer Clinic, she was responsible for overseeing the infusion center at Erlanger Health Systems in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Hannah holds a master’s degree in medicine from Trivecca Nazarene University’s Physician Assistant Program. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Lipscomb University where she minored in Chemistry.

Hannah is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a certified nurse assistant and holds the City of Hope Certificate in Genetic Cancer Risk Assessment.

Hannah is responsible for performing physical exams and prescribing medications to cancer patients and those with blood disorders, ordering laboratory and imaging studies, and interpreting results, as well as collaborating with medical doctors from multiple specialties to coordinate patients’ care. She also provides patients with education on genetic testing, orders genetic testing, and interprets results.
